Freight Development Specialist

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind new business development, building strong client relationships, and keeping us at the forefront of the freight industry. With your knack for sales and strategic thinking, you'll identify and secure opportunities that propel us forward.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Grow the Business: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in target markets.
• Drive Sales: Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals, using a strategic and efficient approach.
• Build Relationships: Establish lasting partnerships with clients by providing innovative freight solutions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service to our clients.
• Report and Adjust: Track your sales activities, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to help guide future decisions.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven sales experience, with freight or fuel experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (formulas), and Power BI (a plus)
• Consistent track record of surpassing sales quotas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM/sales software (a plus)
• Strong time management skills and a drive to succeed
• Willingness to travel up to 40% overnight, as needed
